Authenticity guarantee

At Dreams Fragrance, every bottle is new, sealed and delivered in its original box, with the labels, traceability codes and distinctive marks provided by the house. We sell no copies, no counterfeits and no reconditioned bottles.

Sourcing

Our perfumes come exclusively from official supply channels and authorised partners, selected for the rigour of their origin and storage controls. Every bottle is checked by us before shipping.

Our commitment

Should a defect of authenticity be found on a product bought from us, we would refund you in full, return costs included.

Packaging and bottles

Houses change their boxes, graphics and bottle shapes without notice, as reformulations and visual updates come and go. These variations are normal in perfumery and affect neither the authenticity nor the quality of the juice. If in doubt, send us a photo: we will check it with you.
