At Dreams Fragrance, we do everything we can to ship your orders quickly, carefully, and securely.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before finalizing your purchase.


1. Delivery areas

We deliver to the following regions:

  • mainland France

  • European Union

  • International (Worldwide)

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier selected.


2. Order processing times

  • Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Once the order has been processed, it is entrusted to the carrier selected at checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during busy periods (holidays, sales, promotions, etc.).


3. Estimated delivery times

The average delays observed are:

  • France: 1 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 3 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 14 business days

These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
They may vary depending on:

  • peak periods,

  • the recipient's location,

  • customs procedures,

  • weather or logistical conditions.

Dreams Fragrance cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.


4. Carriers

Shipments are insured by:

  • La Poste / Colissimo (France & Europe)

  • International carriers by destination (DHL, UPS, or equivalents depending on availability)

A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is shipped.


5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on:

  • of the country of delivery,

  • the selected shipping method,

  • the weight and volume of the package.

No surprises: the fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.


6. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • your tracking number,

  • a direct link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order via your customer account on our website.


7. Incorrect delivery address

Please carefully check that your address is correct before confirming.

Dreams Fragrance is not responsible for:

  • lost packages,

  • delayed,

  • returned to sender

in the event of an incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant address.

In the event of an error, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.


8. Lost, delayed, or undelivered packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check the tracking information provided.

  3. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

No claims will be accepted before the end of the carrier's investigation period.


9. Taxes and customs duties (International)

For deliveries outside Europe:

  • import duties,

  • customs duties,

  • or processing fees

may be required by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the price and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Dreams Fragrance has no control over delivery times or any customs fees.
