Tonka Impériale is the tonka bean treated as a noble material by Thierry Wasser for Guerlain's L'Art & la Matière collection: blond tobacco, almond, honey and hay, with a rosemary and cardamom opening that keeps it from tipping into sweetness. This is the gourmand for people who don't like gourmands.
